Amongst the tasks of the Probate Court are wills and estates. The Court makes sure that the transfer of the estate of the person who died to his or her beneficiaries is done legally and rightfully. The latter has to get the Courts authorization before s/he can give any inherited goods to their heirs or in order to pay fees or make any expenses. What is more, the Probate Court keeps and safeguards all the estate documents and other related papers.
